I ordered 4 kilos of chestnuts from the U.S. and ended up with a package that was meant to have 2 kilos instead of 4. Unfortunately, the chestnuts were ruined because importing them into the U.S. is a no-go. I had no clue about that rule. It was a bummer to find out I could order and pay for something that’s not allowed. On the bright side, I did get my money back, though I lost a bit due to the dollar/euro exchange rate. Because of this little hiccup, I can't give a full 5 stars, but I’ll settle for 4 since the customer service was helpful. I think Grand Bazaar should really tighten up on the shipping regulations for their products.

The delivery was lightning quick, considering the customs process, and the crew was incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordering experience.

I haven't been able to visit Turkey for some time, so I decided to shop online. They responded to all my queries on WhatsApp without delay. Even though it was the weekend, the package got here in just 4 days, which is pretty impressive for shipping from Turkey to the States. If you're wondering whether I'd suggest this service, absolutely!

Update... The company reached out to me and refunded the difference. It turns out the issue was with the supplier (arifoğlu shop), who provides the goods to "Grand Bazaar ist"; their measurements are off. I appreciate that Grand Bazaar ist took responsibility, but I’m not thrilled with the supplier arifoğlu shop.

So, here’s the deal: I bought some Turkish Delight with Pomegranate and Pistachio. It claims to weigh 8.82oz, but it was actually just 7 oz. Another item, the Turkish Delight with Pomegranate, is supposed to be 17.64oz, but it only weighs 13.5oz. Just a heads up, be cautious with this shop. Seriously, it’s a shop that lacks honesty.
